Ltd.401, Crescent Avenue, The Avenue, IA Project Rd, Chimatpada, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059Google Maps: [Click Here]Dates: 10th & 14th November, 2025⏰ Timings: 4:30 PM – 6 PMContact: Sneha – +91-9920019897Work Timings (Post Selection):Monday to Friday⏰ 11am to 8pmExperience Required:4 to 5+ years (Experienced candidates preferred)About the Company:Rexus India is a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional accounting and financial management services.Our mission is to provide innovative, reliable, and compliant accounting solutions while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.About the Role:Rexus India is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant / Account Executive with hands-on experience in accounts receivable, taxation, Tally, and Excel.The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accounts receivable ledgers and follow up with clients for timely collections. - Perform accounting tasks in Tally ERP, including data entry, ledger posting, and voucher creation. - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS statements, and ensure statutory compliance. - Reconcile day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. - Generate financial reports, MIS, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding payment updates, invoices, and clarifications. - Support external and internal audit processes and ensure all documentation is maintained. - Track invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and payment statuses on a regular basis.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.Required Skills:- 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting with a focus on receivables management. - Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation rules. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.⭐ Preferred Skills:- Prior experience in a corporate or professional environment. - Exposure to working with global clients and cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with basic accounting automation tools or financial CRMs is a plus.
