Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. In this full-time role, you will be directly responsible for driving sales, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The BDA will support the sales team by researching potential markets, creating and implementing sales strategies and helping to close deals. This role offers a chance to be deeply involved in the growth and success of the company in an exciting and innovative industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct market research to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target potential clients.
  • Pitch and present our products to prospective clients and help close sales.
  • Maintain and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
