About Job:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centered products that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.


Responsibilities:

  1. User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
  2. Design Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  3. Concept Development: Create conceptual designs, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
  4. User Experience Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints.
  5. Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines while maintaining a focus on usability and accessibility.
  6. Design Iteration: Iteration designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results. Continuously optimize and refine the product experience.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
  8. Design Documentation: Produce detailed design specifications, design guidelines, and style guides to facilitate efficient development and maintenance of the product.
  9. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the design team.


Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a technology or digital product company.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Figjam, etc.
  4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  5. Some past experience and awareness of user research techniques, including
  6. usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
  7. Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user interface design.
  8. Familiarity with programmatic job advertising, Ad-Tech, HR-Tech is a plus.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  10. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
