The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to deliver enterprise-grade marketing automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFor Marketing Cloud Developer (3–6 Years):Develop and execute campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact BuilderBuild personalized journeys using AMPscript, SQL, and Dynamic ContentManage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targetingIntegrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systemsImplement triggered, transactional, and batch communicationsTroubleshoot and optimize campaign performanceFor Marketing Cloud Architect (6–9 Years):Design end-to-end Marketing Cloud architecture and engagement strategyDefine contact model, subscriber key strategy, and data architectureLead integrations with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third-party platformsArchitect omnichannel journeys (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, etc.)Establish governance, security, and best practicesProvide technical leadership and mentor development teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudStrong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email StudioProficiency in AMPscript and SQLExperience with APIs, integrations, and data modelingUnderstanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle managementSalesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus📩 Interested candidates (Immediate Joiners preferred): Share your updated resume or connect via DM- hr@runmapglobal.com.
