Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in brand building and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in positioning Dr. Arora's Clinic as the most trusted brand in sexual health, fostering robust growth and market dominance.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's goals of becoming the leading trusted brand in sexual health.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, public relations, and outreach programs.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market shifts, and customer insights for strategic planning.
  • Drive brand awareness and patient acquisition through innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand loyalty and visibility.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand and image.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop patient-focused marketing materials that uphold the compnay’s reputation for discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning and adapting marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior marketing roles with a focus on brand building and revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of modern marketing techniques, tools, and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A continuous learner, staying current with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in sexual health, is a significant advantage.
