Position: Senior Project Manager – Pharma/Biotech EPC ProjectsLocation: PuneEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking the right candidate for our client, a reputed Pharma Engineering projects & manufactuing, to lead EPC projects in the Pharma and Biotech sectors.The role involves complete ownership of project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction. - Lead project execution across multiple sites while managing timelines, resources, and budgets. - Conduct stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and progress updates. - Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams – engineers, project managers, procurement, and site teams. - Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and operations. - Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control. - Support contract negotiations, vendor management, and issue resolution. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred). - 8–15 years of experience in EPC project management role. - Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Chemical projects is essential. - PMP certification is an added advantage. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
