Ensure achievement of key success parameters —quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets . Coordinate seamlessly with SMEs, Instructional Design, and Media teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and value-driven interactions. Provide timely, structured feedback to internal teams to enhance performance and project outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, focusing oncost optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement . Oversee day-to-day team management, including resourcing, workload balancing, and conflict resolution. Prepare and presentBilling/MIS reportsto clients and senior leadership. Manage external or contractual resources to ensure timely, high-quality output. Optimize resource utilization across people, tools, and technology to achieve operational efficiency.Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 12+ yearsof experience in the online learning or corporate training industry. 7+ yearsof project management experience leading large-scale learning projects. Proven experience managing teams of30+ membersacross all project phases — initiation to delivery. Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Demonstrated success in driving decision-making and achieving project excellence.Preferred: Prior experience or understanding ofInstructional DesignandAdult Learning methodologies . PMP® / PMI certificationhighly desirable.
