BSP Development Engineer

Job Description :- 5- 8 years of hands-on experience in device driver development for RTOS platforms.- Strong proficiency in C programming, with a solid understanding of concurrency, synchronization, and memory management.- Practical experience with at least one RTOS such as Zephyr, FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or QNX.- Strong understanding of hardware schematics, datasheets, and board-level debugging techniques.- Proven experience in BSP development for ARM-based SoCs (e.g., NXP, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments, Renesas, Qualcomm).- Skilled in using Git for version control, cross-compilers, and build systems (CMake or similar).- Ability to work closely with hardware and firmware teams for low-level software bring-up.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills at the system and driver to Have :- Exposure to Linux BSP development.- Knowledge of bootloaders (U-Boot, etc.).- Experience with secure boot, power management, and peripheral integration.- Contributions to Open Source RTOS communities (ref:hirist.tech)
