Job Role: BSP Engineer Experience: 4 to 10 Years Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Domain: Automotive / Avionics Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Board Support Packages (BSP) , including driver coding and BSP setup/configuration. Participate in both development and testing activities as part of the role. Ensure compliance with safety standards such as DO-178B/C (Avionics) or ISO 26262 (Automotive). Design and execute test cases , prepare test plans, and document results. Debug and troubleshoot embedded software issues effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BSPs with higher-level applications. Prepare and deliver comprehensive test reports and documentation . Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of Board Support Package (BSP) development. Proficiency in Embedded C programming with strong debugging skills. Hands-on experience in driver coding, configuration, and BSP setup . Exposure to DO-178B/C or ISO 26262 certification standards . Experience in development or testing of safety-critical systems . Skilled in test case design, execution, and reporting . Domain experience in Automotive or Avionics preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
