Responsibilities : Be able to understand and file US Payroll, WHT and SUI returns, monthy and quarterly, Pay taxes weekly, in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe Be able to understand and file Canada GST on monthly basis, in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe Identify and mitigate tax risks (eg, SUI rate change needs to be informed to ADP) Coordinate with tax team staff and assess their performance Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests Be able to take up additional work whenever there is need Requirements and skills : Proven work experience as a Tax Manager Excellent knowledge of tax accounting , tax compliance and all types of tax returns Knowledge of tax software and MS Office Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems Good Communication Skills - Be able to Speak to US Tax Departments as and when required. Strong leadership and personnel management skills Analytical skills with detail orientation
