Role & responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

- Identify and address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving development processes and tools.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Java development, including a strong understanding of core Java concepts and frameworks.

- Experience in Springboot and Microservices architecture.

- Previous experience in a lead or senior development role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience in utilizing Enterprise Microservices Arch and Service-Oriented Architecture

- Experience in Databases MySQL, Oracle, and Mongo DB.

- Experience in cloud technologies AWS is good to have.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
