We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead our fast growing Fashion brand marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple channels. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the brand identity and ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience across all touch-points.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Product and Sales team to develop and execute Product Launches on a regular basis.

2. Campaign Planning: Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, POSM, OOH, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising, to maximize the brand reach and impact.

3. Brand Development: Play a key role in brand development and maintenance, ensuring that the brand message, values, and identity are communicated effectively and consistently across all channels.

4. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging creative content for various channels, ensuring it resonates with the brand target audience.

5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

6. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand reach and drive mutually beneficial initiatives.

7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for Proven experience (4+ years) in marketing and brand management, preferably in D2C environments.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
