New Product Development Utilize expertise in Amazon platform, tools, and data to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the beauty and personal care sector.

- Analyze large datasets to forecast trends and pinpoint growth opportunities ahead of the curve.

- Execute market sizing exercises and develop entry strategies for new products.

- Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) planning process for new product development (NPD) initiatives.

- Determine pricing strategies and assess contribution margin (CM2) for product lines.

- Drive product launches by selecting categories and products, collaborating with brand and R&D teams to finalize formulations, and overseeing packaging rollout.

- Collaborate closely with the brand design team to ensure alignment on claims, positioning, and packaging.

- Take ownership of consumer experience by monitoring and enhancing reviews and ratings, and coordinating survey rollouts with the customer experience (CX) team.

- Manage NPD operations, including working with sourcing teams, vendor management, sample approvals, and labeling.

- Provide support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing new product launches on the platform and coordinating with the inventory planning team to ensure timely product Proficiency in Amazon platform, tools, and data analytics.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in working with large datasets.

- Demonstrated understanding of market sizing, entry strategies, and pricing strategies.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including brand, R&D, design, and operations.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Prior experience in the beauty and personal care industry is preferred.
