Key Responsibilities :

- Gathering Requirements : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and product requirements.


- Product Development & Documentation : Prepare detailed project artefacts such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other necessary documentation for product development.


- Testing : Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.


- Process Improvement : Identify areas where we can improve how things work and suggest innovative solutions.


- Project Management Support : Contribute to project management activities by tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.


Key Deliverables :


- Proven experience in documenting project artefacts such as BRDs, FSDs, and defining UAT phases.


- Clear and concise presentations or reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.


- Effective collaboration with stakeholders and the development team to ensure product features are

properly tested and meet business needs.


- Post-release support to address any issues or questions that arise.


Skills & Qualifications :


- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, domain expertise in logistics is preferable.


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and document business needs.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.


- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, experience with both is a plus.


- Proficiency in relevant technical tools such as SQL, Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.


- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
