About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performance Meta Ads expert who lives and breathes ROAS and thrives on uncovering hidden, untapped audience segments. You should be able to scale Meta campaigns profitably and strategically — with ROI targets of at least 4X, because that's the bar to run our business.

If you're a doer, not just a dashboard-watcher, and have previously scaled Meta Ad campaigns to over ₹5L/month in revenue, we want to talk to you.

  • Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns with a laser focus on ROI.
  • Identify hidden audience interests and psychological triggers using advanced research and testing frameworks.
  • Own the full funnel — from ad creative briefing to landing page flow — optimizing for conversions and AOV.
  • Constantly iterate and A/B test creatives, hooks, audiences, and placements to outperform benchmarks.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure campaigns are profitable at all times.
  • Collaborate with the content, creative, and product teams to fuel high-performing campaigns.
  • Build a media buying strategy that aligns with our aggressive revenue goals.
    • What We're Looking For: 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads, with verifiable results.
    • Proven track record of handling ₹5L+/month sales just from Meta.
    • Obsessed with ROI — you don't settle below 4X ROAS.
    • Strong understanding of ecommerce, D2C funnels, psychology, and performance analytics.
    • Deep knowledge of Meta's backend, pixel integration, retargeting strategies, and iOS14+ attribution workarounds.
    • You're analytical but also creative — know what clicks and converts.
    • Self-starter attitude. You don't need hand-holding. You come with ideas, hypotheses, and hunger.
      • Bonus If You: Have worked in health, beauty, or wellness brands.
      • Can write ad copy, test different CTA variants, and understand brand tonality.
      • Have experience in quick commerce or rapid scaling of SKUs.
