- The IRP Manager, Global Pricing and Market Access, will oversee client consultancy projects addressing essential business needs, utilizing tools such as Pricentric and PriceRight, combined with custom research and tailored insights.

- This role focuses on delivering high-quality, timely client projects in areas like International Reference Pricing, Launch Sequence Optimization, Pricing Analysis, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA).

- The IRP Manager role provides ample growth potential in client relationship management, business development, and strategic project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consultancy projects, ensuring top-notch delivery that meets client expectations for quality and timeliness.

- Conduct in-depth International Pricing and Market Access analyses using data and research methodologies.

- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and team members to design, develop, and deliver client reports and presentations.

- Use data (including clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes, pricing data) to provide strategic pricing and market access recommendations.

- Identify business development opportunities through lead generation, proposal development, and client relationship support.

- Communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way, crafting effective data-driven presentations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent Master's degree preferred.

- Experience: 2-4 years in Pharma/Life Sciences, with demonstrated expertise in International Reference Pricing and Market Access.

- Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; proven ability to present data insights effectively.

- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented problem-solving skills; adept at working with large datasets to provide strategic business insights.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present complex insights compellingly; self-motivated and client-centric.

- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or certifications relevant to pharmaceutical market access
