More details as below.Staff Software Engineer – Back EndLocation: GurgaonJob Type: PermWork Mode: Hybrid, 2 RTO/ weekIn this Role, you’ll get to Lead development of features, experiments, technical projects and complex systemsBe a technical architect, mentor, and driver towards the right technologyContinue to evolve our architecture and build better softwareBe a major contributor to our agile and scrum practicesGet involved with software engineering and collaborate with server, other client, and infrastructure technical team members to build the best solutionConstantly look for ways to improve our products, code-base and development practicesWrite great code and help others write great codeDrive Technical decisions in the organization.What You’ll Need to Succeed7+ years’ experience under your belt developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment using Scala, Java or C#.Experience in leading projects, initiatives and/or teams, with full ownership of the systems involvedExprience with Backend for front end is a MUSTData platforms like SQL, Cassandra or Hadoop. You understand that different applications have different data requirementsGood understanding of algorithms and data structuresStrong coding abilityYou are passionate about the craft of software development and constantly work to improve your knowledge and skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsIt’s Great If You Have Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologiesExperience building large-scale distributed productsCore engineering infrastructure tools like Git for source control, TeamCity for Continuous Integration and Puppet for deploymentHands-on experience working with technology like queueing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, MSMQ), Spark, Hadoop, NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB), Play framework, Akka libraryWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
