Position Title: SEO Executive 🏢 Company Overview Laverne Fintech is the Indian arm of Laverne Capital Pty Ltd , a well-established financial services company based in Australia. We specialize in providing financial planning, general insurance, home loans, and investment services to Australian clients. Our team supports backend and client-facing operations across a range of financial products. Job Summary : We are looking for a results-driven and creative SEO Executive to manage and improve our website’s visibility and ranking across search engines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, and analytics tools, and be passionate about driving organic growth. Key Responsibilities: Optimize website SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical). Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis. Plan and manage Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Track and report performance (traffic, leads, ROI). Design social media creatives, reels, and ad banners. Manage local SEO & Google Business Profile. Collaborate with content, design & tech teams for campaigns. Create and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. Good knowledge of WordPress and PHP frameworks. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in SEO, PPC & Digital Design. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva/Photoshop/Premier pro/Cup cut etc. Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making. 🕔 Job Timing: Willingness to work in an early morning shift to align with Australian business hours (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST)📍 Job Location: Work From Office only Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: ₹19,000 to 21,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Additional Benefits: 🏥 Health Insurance + PF ⛽ Petrol Allowance + Punctuality Bonus
