Senior Manager - Search Engine Optimization

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead and execute comprehensive SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing organic performance for our clients through deep research, hands-on management, and effective reporting.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive results, mentor a team, and stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Strategy:

- Lead the development and execution of state-of-the-art SEO/ASO strategies to optimize and improve organic results for our clients.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and audits, aligning with client business objectives to optimize existing content and identify new growth opportunities.

- Effectively communicate strategic plans and insights to the SEO/ASO team and stakeholders for timely and efficient results.

- Collaborate with internal teams on suggestions and optimizations for ongoing campaigns.

Implementation & Optimization:

- Drive organic traffic growth by optimizing on-page and off-page SEO/ASO strategies and resolving technical issues.

- Provide detailed SEO/ASO analysis and recommendations related to the structure of websites, web pages, blogs, and relevant content.

- Utilize industry-standard tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush to identify and resolve technical roadblocks.

- Direct the implementation of internal and external link-building initiatives through guest posts, social media, and other content-driven strategies.

Reporting & Management:

- Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and refine SEO/ASO strategies for efficient reporting.

- Regularly communicate with clients and internal managers to provide project updates, development progress, and results within established timelines.

- Manage and mentor a team of SEO/ASO analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.

- Stay current with the latest SEO/ASO, search engine algorithm updates, and integrated marketing & Education:

- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably from a technical background.

- An MBA would be an added advantage.

- 6+ years of experience creating and executing exceptional SEO/ASO strategies for clients.

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency would be an added advantage.

- Working knowledge of various SEO/ASO tools is A hands-on, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- A team player with strong leadership and project management capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Persistent with a high sense of ownership and a closure mindset.

- A self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
