"Key Responsibility Areas:
- Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities with them
- Calling on existing clients to promote new products, services, or special offers
- Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests in order to develop a tailored sales strategy
- To handle Regional -Inbound, Outbound & Alternate Channel Sales
- Bulk bookings and movie screenings
- Acquire & Manage Large Corporate accounts with New Client acquisition, Relationship Management & Retention as major KRA's (Hunting, farming and retention).
- New Client acquisition by selling multiple B2B and B2C offerings.
- Conceptualize & Implement effective Sales strategies to drive Sales Volume.
- Novel Initiatives & Developing Alternate Channels
- Competition Mapping & Market Intelligence - Analyse current market & identify and tackle weak areas & opportunities.
- Channel Sales initiatives - Appointment & Management of Aggregators/Re-sellers to expand reach.
- Database Management & Reporting.
- Film premiers/ event selling.
- Deliver new and differentiated business growth opportunities.
Job Skills:
- Excellent Communication
- Negotiation Skills
- Influencing skills.
- Sales/BD experience preferably from Gift card industry/ Banking/ Payment gateways
- Self-starter as the role is a 'hit the ground running' kind of profile.
- Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contract issues
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Skill and ability to adopt a "consultative" approach to effect problem solving
- Strong stakeholder management experience
