Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Client Acquisition:

- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with corporate clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from both new and existing clients.

- Work to meet and exceed sales objectives through strategic client development.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients' needs are met with efficiency and quality service.

Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment:

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for order processing and activation.

- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery aligned with client expectations.

Client Training & Demonstration:

- Conduct product or service demonstrations and training sessions tailored to the client's requirements.

- Address client queries and provide comprehensive post-sales support.

Proposal & Solution Design:

- Understand client challenges and offer innovative, customized solutions to address their needs.

- Prepare and present proposals, responding effectively to client RFPs.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

- Collaborate with the Reporting Manager to establish sales goals and strategies.

- Contribute to forecasting and planning, creating both short-term and long-term business development plans.

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster lasting client relationships.

- Proficient in sales strategies, client engagement, and negotiation.

- Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in tools for client presentations, reporting, and CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in corporate sales or business development roles.

- Familiarity with end-to-end sales processes and RFP handling.
