We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager specializing in US Staffing to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, managing relationships, and contributing to the dynamic field of US Staffing.


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing business networks and relationships to secure new clients in US Staffing.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, emphasizing expertise in US staffing solutions.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring a client-centric approach.
  • Secure and qualify job requirements from existing and prospective US clients.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities, strategizing for sustainable growth.
  • Negotiate invoicing and payment terms, ensuring compliance with US staffing regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive client experience and build key executive relationships.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, fostering effective communication between clients and candidates.
  • Manage contractual agreements/paperwork with US clients, consultants, and employers.
  • Assign US staffing requirements to the hiring team and oversee their progress.
  • Guide candidates and agencies through the US background check process.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to streamline US staffing operations.
  • Identify and explore new markets for US staffing solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to enhance US staffing strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing US clients and cultivate new prospects.
  • Foster positive interactions at all levels within US client organizations.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in US staffing, specializing in Contract (C2C), Contract to Hire (C2H), and full-time/Permanent positions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate the intricacies of the US staffing landscape.
  • Track record of successfully delivering high-quality candidates to US clients.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with US clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance with US staffing regulations.
