Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about people management and eager to gain practical HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Help organize engaging HR events, activities, and training sessions.
- Assist in drafting clear and concise HR policies, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating databases and preparing reports.
- Support performance management and feedback collection processes.
- E nsure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Hands-on experience in HR functions.
- Exposure to HR tools and best practices.
- Networking opportunities and mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
