Responsibilities:

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments
  • Manage Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktops (Deployment, Troubleshooting, Monitoring)
  • Ensure all Windows, Security and Driver updates are regularly applied to desktops
  • Oversee QA testing of all new laptop\desktop hardware
  • Oversee the evaluation, testing, and deploying all client facing applications
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory / Azure Active Directory Users, Computers, and Objects
  • Maintain high level of knowledge and expertise in core enterprise environments: Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Update methodologies, Endpoint Security
  • Implementing, administering and troubleshooting cloud solutions and tools.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory / Azure Active Directory Users, Computers, and Objects
  • Acting as a technical subject matter expert by keeping abreast of new industry standards and the latest technologies.
  • Assist in managing and resolving tickets in Level 3 support queue
  • Assist with management and deployment of desktop security software
  • Working closely with Kroll's Security team and other stakeholders to improve the environment's security posture and secure data while adhering to established security and compliance procedures.
  • Establishing business relationships to help maximize use of collaboration solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including technical guides, procedures, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate knowledge sharing and problem resolution.
  • Engage with vendors and third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of escalated support tickets.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Experience in managing Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
  • Familiarity with desktop management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users and other IT professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and be a quick learner


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Microsoft certifications a plus

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting desktop services in an enterprise environment
  • Experience developing \ implementing standards, processes, and procedures,
  • Experience imaging and supporting Windows desktop operating systems
  • Experience with quality assurance of PC images and software deployments
  • Experience with desktop management tools and concepts
  • Experience working with software deployment and inventory systems
  • Experience working with HP (Wintel based) desktop hardware
  • Experience working with Microsoft and macOS operating systems and applications
  • Experience working with MS Office 365 configuration and applications
  • Experience with enterprise mobility and security solutions, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktops (Deployment, Troubleshooting, Monitoring)
  • Experience working with Active Directory / Azure Active Directory Users, Computers, and Objects
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a project group
  • Experience working flexible hours and on call 365x24x7
  • Basic knowledge of various other IT practices (networking, servers, voice, email)
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
