Job Description :


As an HR Generalist, your role will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will manage a variety of HR tasks, including onboarding, induction, administering employee benefits and leaves, organizing employee engagement events, and assisting with HR policy & processes implementation and updates as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate, confidential employee records and serving as the point of contact for employee queries on HR-related matters.

Your goal is to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations that deliver maximum value to the organization.


Location: Pune / Nagpur


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage paperwork and schedule for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits and resolve any issues that may arise in coordination with the HCM Manager.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in implementation of human resource policies and contribute to policy development.
  • Support performance management processes as required.
  • Gather and analyze HR data to provide useful metrics as needed.
  • Administer and assist employees with benefit plans.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving employee queries and organizing team-building activities as per the organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations in collaboration with the HCM Manager.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, directory, and organizational reporting chart.


Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures along with basic knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems, particularly Oracle HCM, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a results-driven approach.
