You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely hiring for various positions across the organization.ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using Naukri, , job boards, and social platformsPost and manage job openings across hiring platformsScreen resumes and shortlist suitable candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersMaintain candidate trackers, dashboards, and recruitment databasesSupport onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination tasksEnsure timely updates and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholdersQualifications1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordinationAny graduate, preferably with an IT or business-related backgroundRequired SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Naukri, , and end-to-end recruitment workflowsStrong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel (trackers/reporting)Preferred SkillsPassion for Talent Acquisition and hiring excellenceWhy Join UsAt Stellar Consulting, we believe great teams are built by great people.
