Role Description :

This is an internship remote role for a UI/UX Design Intern at Lithem. The intern will be responsible for creating mockups, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and user experience design (UED).


Qualifications :


  • Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping skills
  • Front-End Development skills(HTML,CSS and JS)
  • User Experience Design (UED) skills
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field



Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand user needs and project requirements.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for our mobile and web applications.
  • Assist in conducting user research and gathering feedback to improve designs.
  • Design intuitive, clean, and visually appealing UI for the EV charging station app.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly.
  • Iterate designs based on team feedback and user testing.


Requirements :


  • Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred).
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear and practical designs.
  • Good communication skills to explain design decisions.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design projects (personal, academic, or prior work).
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for sustainable technology and clean energy solutions is a bonus.
