Whether your background is in RA/QA, R&D, or project management, you’ll be joining us to help customers get the most value out of our solutions while building your own expertise in the field.As a Solution Consultant you'll: Pre-sales support:Join consultative discussions with medical device companies to explore their needs and goals, ensuring our solutions are well aligned. Onboarding:Work closely with our team to help new customers adopt our software successfully, driving loyalty and satisfaction. Customer support:Assist with technical and configuration requests, helping customers resolve issues and optimize their use of our platform. Client visits:Occasionally travel on-site to customer locations within India to provide support, training, and strengthen relationships.What we're looking for: 1–3 years of experience in theMedTech environment(RA/QA, R&D, or project management). This experience is essential for the role. A basic understanding of coding concepts (HTML, JSON, or similar). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in R&D, MedTech, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent experience. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer focus, curiosity, and a growth mindset — eager to learn and develop expertise in regulatory and compliance solutions.What's in it for you: Full flexibility to work 100% remotely within India.
