About KWA Analytics:We are a global organization offering a comprehensive range of consulting services for trade lifecycle management to clients involved in energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, central banking, capital markets, and asset/investment management.Roles & Responsibilities Managing User Accounts, including creating accounts, assigning licenses, security policies and relevant accesses to users. Managing Software Licenses. Managing and supporting user devices using device management, e.g. Intune. Maintaining Security of the Microsoft 365 environment including configuring security settings, managing permissions, and ensuring that all users follow security protocols. Supporting Users – Providing support to users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently. Implementing and Managing Policies – Implementing and managing various policies within the Microsoft 365 environment including setting up and enforcing policies related to security, device management, and compliance. Monitoring and Reporting – Regularly monitoring the Microsoft 365 environment and generating reports on usage, security incidents, and compliance status. Collaborate with Global IT Administrators. Providing recommendations for improvements and efficiencies in managing the Microsoft 365 environment. Submit user reported incidents to 3rd party managed service providers when appropriate Conducting User Access to ensure user access levels align with employee status and job functions. Take ownership of incoming and handover critical items during UK, US after hours. Perform Vulnerability, Risk assessment for IT / security incidents (i.e. malware, phishing, etc.) Review, prioritize and implement IT security improvement recommendations from Microsoft via 365 Admin portals. Power BI reporting skills are a plus.Skill and Qualifications Strong skillset for at least 6+ years is required. Exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Demonstrable and referenceable experience of administering Microsoft 365 domains in organizations having between 100 - 500 employees Demonstrable capabilities in using, navigating and administering in Microsoft Admin Centers Experience of using PowerShell to interrogate and update settings in Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint is desirable Experience of Power Automate for building custom workflows or apps is desirable Experience of using ticket management products such as Jira Experience of working remotely and with teams in different geographies Strong verbal, written communication skills and English language capabilities Numerate DegreeBenefits: For the ideal candidate we offer: A permanent job contract.
