Key Responsibilities (Functional)
  • Creating and tracking student funnels for placement eligibility, up to closure or certification.
  • Forecasting openings for graduating students over a rolling three-month period and planning accordingly based on program outcomes.
  • Maintaining a strict Experience Center visit plan.
  • Planning and conducting Placement Grooming sessions for students and monitoring their placement ability quotient according to defined parameters.
  • Ensuring all eligible students are placed or interned within set timelines.
  • Coordinating Placement Operations with students and team members/organizations, matching student profiles with openings, and ensuring interview attendance.
  • Creating relevant job openings based on student profiles.
  • Negotiating with students and internal teams based on final achievement levels.
  • Communicating Placement reports, critical reports, selection ratios, Alumni tracking, and testimonials from placed students.
  • Supporting events like Job Fairs, Placement Drives, Alumni Events, and Regular collection of testimonials from placed students.
  • Maintaining and updating reports for all placement-eligible students and updating placed candidates' information.
  • Owning 100% responsibility for students undergoing internships until final service delivery.
  • Ensuring complete documentation of communication to students, deferment, placement offers, joining dates, and number of opportunities provided.
  • Handling student grievances and resolving critical cases with speed and ability.
  • Planning, organizing Student Engagement activities, handling placement events/sessions, creating content for Placement activities.
Behavioral Skills / Attributes
Good communication skills - both oral and written.
Training Skills
Customer-centric placement; timely completion;
Selecting suitable candidates within three interviews;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and other tools).
Education Qualification
  • Mandatory: Any Graduation stream; minimum 50% in Grad and XIIth.
  • Preferred: BSc IT, BE/B Tech in Computer Science; Post Graduate in any field.
Functional Skills:
  • High knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Effective articulation skills in English/Hindi/Local language.
  • Grievance handling.
  • Phone call handling.
  • Convincing students - Customer Responsiveness.
  • Grooming skills in Personality Development, English Communication, Interview handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and other tools).
  • Knowledge of designing (creatives and videos for Placement activities).
Experience
  • Minimum experience: 4 years.
  • Maximum experience: 6 years.
  • Relevant experience: 4 years.
  • Preferred Industry: Education/Edtech/Retail sector, strong operations profile with retail customer handling.
