Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for a Social Media Manager to lead and oversee the planning, creation, and execution of brand communication across various digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can blend strategy with creativity and turn a simple idea into a campaign that makes people stop scrolling.
You'll manage daily content calendars, campaign planning, community engagement, influencer collaboration, and performance analysis. It's not about being everywhere—it's about knowing where your audience is and what they care about. If you've handled social media pages with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and the occasional "Can we post this right now?" moment, you'll fit right in.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage platform-specific social media strategies
• Plan content calendars aligned with product updates and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and product teams for content production
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights
• Manage responses, engagement, and brand voice across platforms
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for promotions and paid campaigns
• Identify and manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content
• Monitor trends and recommend relevant campaign themes
• Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms
• Ensure compliance with healthcare communication standards
Primary Skills:
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviour
• Ability to create structured content calendars and plan ahead
• Strong communication, writing, and brief preparation skills
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Insights, etc.
• Familiarity with social media trends in health, wellness, and FMCG
• Basic understanding of paid media, lead generation, and targeting options
• Experience managing agency or vendor coordination
Qualification:
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in marketing, media, communications, or related field
• Certifications in social media marketing or digital brand management are a plus
Experience:
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in handling brand social media across platforms
