Job Title:HR Business Partner – PW Gurukulam Location:Noida, Sector 62 Department:Human Resources Reports To:HR Manager / Head – HRBPJob Summary: We are seeking asmart, polite, and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP)to manage the Human Resource function for ourPWGurukulam . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the school leadership and central HR, ensuring seamless execution of all HR processes. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently while maintaining professional relationships with the Principal, teachers, and non-academic staff.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Principal and school management team. Handle interactions with the Principal in a polite, respectful, and solution-oriented manner. Act as a trusted HR partner for teachers and non-academic staff, addressing their day-to-day queries and concerns effectively. HR Operations: Oversee attendance, leave, documentation, and employee database management. Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, induction, and exit processes. Manage end-to-end HR compliance and ensure timely submission of reports and updates. Partner with the central HR team to implement policies, performance management systems, and organizational initiatives. Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and fairness. Conduct regular interactions with teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain engagement and satisfaction. Support and organize engagement activities, celebrations, and training sessions within the school. Promote a culture of transparency, discipline, and collaboration across all school teams. Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate with central HR and recruitment teams to support staffing needs for teachers and support staff. Participate in interviews, documentation, and onboarding formalities. Travel Requirement: This role also requirestravel to multiple Gurukulam locationsas and when required to support on-ground HR activities and ensure alignment with company standards.Required Skills & Attributes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Smart, polite, approachable, and professionally groomed. Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters discreetly. Flexible and willing to travel across multiple school locations as required. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR management systems or HRIS tools.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role. Prior experience in theEducation / School / Academic sectorwill be an added advantage.
