Job Title: HR & Finance Specialist Brand: Chapter 73 Weddings Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore Work Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Flexible) Salary Range: ₹4,20,000 – ₹6,00,000 Experience: Minimum 2 YearsAbout the Role Chapter 73 Weddings is a growing creative startup and a premium wedding photography brand. We are looking for a hands-on HR & Finance Specialist to manage and streamline HR and finance operations while fostering a positive and structured company culture.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people development with financial operations in a creative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Manage HR systems, policies, and processes. Handle end-to-end recruitment — job postings, interviews, onboarding, and training. Draft, manage, and maintain employee agreements and contracts. Create and manage leave policies, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance. Monitor and enhance the overall work environment and team culture. Report HR updates and feedback to the leadership team. Plan and execute employee engagement activities. Opportunity to handle HR operations across multiple brands under our umbrella of firms.2. Finance & Administration Manage financial systems and day-to-day operations. Handle invoice creation, billing, and client/vendor payment tracking. Oversee expenses, reimbursements, petty cash, and vendor coordination. Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements. Coordinate with accountants for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Implement and manage digital tools/software for HR and finance operations (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally, Keka, Zoho People, etc.). Work on finance operations spanning various business functions under our umbrella of firms. Report key financial updates, insights, and forecasts to the leadership team.Requirements Educational Qualification: Preferably an MBA graduate; experienced BBA graduates will also be considered. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and finance. Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance systems, compliance, invoicing, employee agreements, and finance operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional yet approachable demeanor. Proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or HRMS software.
