As we expand our reach across the US healthcare sector, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive our growth and deliver our powerful solutions to large healthcare organizations.


Job Responsibilities:


•Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the US healthcare market.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the healthcare sector.

•Understand the specific needs and challenges of healthcare providers and tailor MarianaAI solutions to meet those needs.

•Conduct presentations and demonstrations of MarianaAI’s platform to illustrate the value and benefits specific to each prospective client.

•Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of MarianaAI solutions, maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.

•Respond to complex customer needs and develop innovative proposals and solutions to meet these needs.

•Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

•Keep abreast of new product developments within MarianaAI, anticipating potential business opportunities.

•Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

•Minimum of 7 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales targeting large healthcare organizations.

•Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and technology trends.

•Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and a keen attention to detail.

•High level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

•Proficient with CRM software and sales management tools.
