Position - AVP Mutual Fund - Investment Product / Kolkata.Role & Responsibility1. Lead and support a team of 50 professionals across seven branches and three growth locations with a focus on fostering collaboration, operational efficiency, and consistent regional growth.2. Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring compliance and smooth branch functioning while working closely with teams to address challenges and identify growth opportunities.3. Mentor branch staff to develop their skills in sales presentations, business development, and relationship management, encouraging knowledge-sharing and team learning.4. Guide the implementation of sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics and client needs, supporting teams in achieving targets and expanding client relationships across the region.5. Promote a culture of open communication and shared accountability, ensuring team members feel supported and empowered to contribute ideas and best practices.6. Engage regularly with stakeholders such as distributors, financial advisors, and clients, helping to build a reliable and client-focused service experience throughout the cluster.7. Identify and nurture talent within the organization, contributing to staff development and succession planning efforts across multiple branches.8. Participate in regional business planning and strategy discussions, sharing on-ground insights and helping to align company initiatives with branch-level realities.9. Actively support financial literacy initiatives and community engagements aimed at promoting investor awareness in both established and emerging markets.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT1. Work Exposure: Candidate should have an exposure of doing/managing team.2. Market Exposure: Candidate should have worked in the Asset management local market.3.
