This role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience who are proficient in IT support and eager to work in a fast-paced, global environment.The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support primarily through email, chat, and ticketing systems, handling technical issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
