You’ll design and editads, social media content, brand visuals, and video campaigns , using both traditional tools and next-generation AI platforms. This role operates during thenight shiftto serve our global client base.If you love visual storytelling, have a keen sense of pacing and aesthetics, and are passionate about pushing creative boundaries with AI — this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesDesign and editperformance-driven ad creatives and videosfor Amazon, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms. Usetraditional tools and AI platforms(MidJourney, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to generate content rapidly. Createdynamic short-form videos , reels, and motion graphics alongside static and animated ad creatives. Developbrand visuals, campaign assets, and landing page graphicsaligned with client objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams todeliver cohesive storytelling and visual impactacross campaigns. Maintainhigh quality and fast turnaround timeswhile working independently.Requirements5+ yearsof professional experience ingraphic design and video editing(agency, brand, or freelance). Proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or CapCut . Experience withAI-powered toolslike MidJourney, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or Stable Diffusion (or strong willingness to learn). Strong sense ofcomposition, typography, color, pacing, and sound design . Proven ability to design and editads, social media creatives, and branding content . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of workingefficiently during night shift hours .Bonus SkillsExperience inperformance marketing creatives(e-commerce, DTC brands). Knowledge ofplatform-specific trends(TikTok hooks, Meta ad formats, Amazon A+ visuals, YouTube storytelling).
