Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. This role requires immediate availability or current notice period, and we are specifically looking for female candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Testing :


- Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.


- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects and issues.

Bug Tracking :


- Report, track, and manage bugs and issues using tracking tools.


- Work closely with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects.

Test Automation :


- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.


- Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Documentation :


- Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.


- Document and communicate test findings and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration :


- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure that the software meets all quality standards.

Process Improvement :


- Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and recommend enhancements.


- Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for quality assurance.

Compliance :


- Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.


- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing.

Qualifications :

Experience :


- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.

Education :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills :

- Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG).

- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

- Experience with test automation scripting and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
