You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable machine learning solutions that enhance products and services.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support business decisions- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production- Develop and maintain data pipelines and model performance monitoring systems- Communicate technical concepts and results clearly to non-technical stakeholders- Continuously research and implement new tools, techniques, and best practices in data scienceRequired Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Masters degree- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud- Understanding of big data tools and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Experience working in Agile development environmentsPreferred Skills (Role-Dependent) :Depending on project requirements, experience in the following technologies is highly desirable :- Azure, Microservice Architecture, C#, .NET, SQL- PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML- Unit testing methodologies- OOP/MVC design patterns- Docker, Pub/Sub systems, and asynchronous messaging- Experience with Linux OS (preferably Ubuntu)- MVVM architecture, Angular, Knockout- NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure Process :- Initial Screening Interview- Two Technical Rounds (by the US-based team)- Final Evaluation RoundWork Culture & Values :- Innovation & Excellence : Operate at the cutting edge of AI and analytics while driving process and product innovation.- Client-Focused Mindset : Every team member directly impacts client partnership and success.- Integrity & Responsibility : Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and data integrity.- Continuous Learning : Regular mentorship, open learning sessions, and support for upskilling.- Collaboration : Diverse, international team with transparent communication and a culture of inclusion and support.
