You are Bold, Young, and Confident.Come, join the packRole Overview:We are looking for a Assistant Manager – QA & QC with strong experience in cosmetic manufacturing and a deep understanding of GMP and ISO standards. This position will play a key role in ensuring quality assurance and control for our products manufactured at third-party sites, at PAN Indian level. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, audit-ready, and capable of managing multiple 3P operations efficiently.This position is based out of Mumbai and requires frequent travel to 3P manufacturing sites.Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Control OperationsOversee daily QA & QC activities at the cosmetic manufacturing plant.Ensure adherence to ISO 22716:2007 (GMP) guidelines across all production stages.Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and WHO GMP standards.Perform FG (Finished Goods) audits for products manufactured at 3P sites.Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues at third-party manufacturing locations.New Product Development (NPD) CoordinationCoordinate with 3P teams for line trials, transit trials, and process validations for new product launches.Ensure proper documentation and process controls are in place before NPD commercialization.QMS Implementation & ComplianceLead implementation and monitoring of QMS (Quality Management System) across all North region 3P sites.Review and maintain documentation from RM/PM (Raw Material/Packaging Material) receipt to FG dispatch.Ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation post audits and deviations.Audits & DocumentationPrepare for and actively participate in internal and external audits.Maintain all QA/QC records in line with regulatory and company standards.Provide training to 3P site QA teams as and when required.Qualifications:Education: M.Sc / B.Sc / (IIP or SIES institute preferred)Experience: 5 to 8 years in a cosmetic products manufacturing plantProven knowledge and application of ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and WHO GMP.Hands-on experience with QA/QC operations in a cosmetic or personal care manufacturing setup.Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes from RM/PM to FG.Excellent analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and 3P vendors.Willingness to travel frequently to various 3P manufacturing sites.
