About The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with experience in the US Healthcare Payer market to drive growth and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payer operations, healthcare technology, and business acquisition within the healthcare ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US Payer segment (Health Plans, TPAs, Managed Care Organizations). - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs and procurement teams. - Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans aligned with organizational goals. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. - Present company capabilities, products, and solutions to prospective clients. - Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutioning, and product) to develop customized proposals. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the healthcare payer vertical. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. - 3–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the US healthcare payer domain. - Strong understanding of payer systems, claims processing, care management, and population health. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
