Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, generate leads through various social platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy. You will play a key role in growing our audience, driving engagement, and turning followers into qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Social Media Channels: Oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, , Twitter, etc.), ensuring regular updates with engaging content that aligns with the brand voice.
  2. Lead Generation through Social Media: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads via social media platforms, using organic content, ads, and calls-to-action to drive inquiries.
  3. Social Media Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging visuals and copy for social media posts, while staying up-to-date with trends to produce creative content.
  4. Social Media Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) across platforms, providing insights and reports to optimize the social media strategy for lead generation.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing, content, and paid advertising teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing reach.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, lead generation, and performance tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics), and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create and engage with social media content.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to craft creative content, identify trends, and innovate on social media.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical skills to interpret metrics, understand performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the education or consulting sector.
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and lead generation funnels.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
