About Position:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to join our dynamic product engineering team. As a Java Architect, you will play a critical role in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications. Define modernization roadmaps and guide teams through application transformation, migration, and upgrade initiatives. Utilize architecture reverse engineering tools and IDE plugins to analyze legacy systems and define future-state architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Drive the adoption of microservices design patterns and domain-driven design principles in project implementations. Provide technical leadership to Centers of Excellence (CoEs), contributing to the development of reusable solutions and offerings. Engage directly with clients, presenting architectural solutions and leading technical discussions. Integrate DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization strategies (Docker/Kubernetes) into solution designs. Leverage tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot for code understanding, refactoring, and modernization. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of architectural practices.Expertise You'll Bring:12–15 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and enterprise application development. Proven architecture and design expertise, with the ability to define modernization roadmaps and lead large-scale transformation initiatives. Deep proficiency in Java or .NET Core, with strong command over Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API design. Demonstrated experience in modernization projects, including migrations, upgrades, and re-architecture using tools-led approaches. Skilled in using IDE plugins and architecture reverse engineering tools to analyze legacy systems and define future-state architectures. Strong leadership in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in leading technical Centers of Excellence (CoEs), developing reusable solutions, and creating technical offerings. In-depth knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) and microservices design patterns, with real-world implementation experience. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot for code analysis, refactoring, and modernization.
