We’re Hiring: Cloud Operations Manager | BangaloreAtAionNimbius , we’re scaling our Cloud Operations practice and looking for aCloud Operations Managerwho can take ownership of end-to-end operations, build high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across our cloud environments.This is aBangalore-based, on-site role , ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, SaaS-driven environments and has a deep passion for cloud infrastructure, observability, and customer success.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.What You’ll DoLead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and operations specialists, driving 24x7 operational excellence. Overseeincident, problem, and change managementprocesses aligned toITIL best practices . Ensure smooth operations ofSaaS-based applicationshosted on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Drive observability initiatives – implementmonitoring, alerting, and performance tuningacross platforms. Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure high service reliability. Continuously identify automation opportunities to improve uptime, reduce alert noise, and enhance incident response. Represent operations during customer interactions, reviews, and service delivery discussions.What We’re Looking For10–12 years of total experience , with a solid technical foundation inLinux administrationandSaaS product support . 3–4 years of experience in people management , leading diverse operations or SRE teams. Strong understanding ofITIL-based processes , and proven experience handlingIncident & Problem Managementworkflows. Hands-on exposure toCloud Observability tools(Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.) and monitoring frameworks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. A proactive mindset with a drive forcontinuous improvement and operational maturity . Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period (≤15 days) will be preferred.Who You AreYou’re ahands-on operations leaderwho thrives on making systems, teams, and processes better every single day. Experience working inSaaS or managed servicesenvironments supporting enterprise clients. Knowledge ofAWS or Azurecloud infrastructure management.
