This role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Experience in Process improvement, Making Policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement & Optimization: - Design and implement strategies to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies. - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve workflows and reduce waste. - Continuous Improvement Leadership: - Lead cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen events. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. - Performance Management: - Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance. - Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices. - Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with teams in operations, finance, HR, and IT to align improvement initiatives with business goals. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Training & Capability Building: - Provide training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma tools. - Develop local capabilities and coach teams on improvement methodologies. - Risk & Compliance Management: - Identify process risks and implement controls. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or ITIL are preferred. - 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.Skills & Competencies:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools. - Strategic thinking and ability to drive change. - Experience with performance measurement and benchmarking.
