About the Role:

We are Senior Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading and overseeing a team of nutritionists, guiding them to provide expert advice and support to patients seeking to improve their health through proper nutrition. You will be responsible for managing the team's activities, ensuring high-quality services, and collaborating with other stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes. Your role will also involve staying updated on the latest nutritional research and trends to ensure the team's advice is evidence-based and effective.


Responsibilities:


  1. Team Leadership and Management:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of nutritionists, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and proper resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.


2. Patient Consultations:

  • Collaborate with team members in conducting thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs, health goals, and medical history.
  • Enable the team to develop personalized nutrition plans based on individual requirements and dietary preferences.
  • Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans, as needed.


3. Collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Work closely with other stakeholders, such as doctors, and dietitians, to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and contribute nutritional expertise.


4. Research and Knowledge Management:

  • Apply evidence-based practices to create nutrition plans and recommendations for clients.
  • Share new research findings and best practices with the team to enhance overall service quality.


5. Enable the team to achieve Renewal/Referral Targets through High NPS and best care.


Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a nutritionist, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and health conditions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply scientific research to practical dietary recommendations.
  • Comfortable working for 12pm-9am, 3 pm -12 am, 9pm-6am or 12am-9am(9 hours)
