Roles & Responsibilities: Greet and assistwalk-in clients, visitors, and channel partnersat the sales office or project site. Coordinatesite visits , ensure proper arrangements, and inform the sales team in advance. Maintain visitor records and update dailywalk-in reports . Provide guests with brochures, project details, and amenities overview as needed. Manage front-desk activities, calls, and appointment scheduling. Ensure thereception and sales lounge areaare tidy, organized, and presentable. Follow up on client appointments. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, admin, housekeeping) for seamless guest experience. Handle client queries politely and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.Required Skills & Attributes: Pleasant personality with excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Proficient inMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good command ofEnglish, Hindi, and local language Customer-focused attitude andprofessional grooming Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environmentQualifications: Graduate inHospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field Minimum1 year of experiencein guest relations/front office, preferably inreal estate, hospitality, or service sector
