Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Developer to support and improve operational processes. The Process Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute business processes, ensure accuracy, and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation. This role demands strong domain knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a focus on quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute, monitor, and manage specific business processes as per client or organizational requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, reports, and deliverables.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, quality, compliance) and external stakeholders as required.
  • Participate in internal and client audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Analyze data and generate periodic reports and dashboards to track performance.
  • Train and support new team members on process workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work with high volumes and meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or BPM platforms.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
