Job Description for Presentation Designer/ Documentation Specialist     

We are looking for a skilled Presentation Designer to join our team. The Presentation Designer will be responsible to shape the visual aspects of creating high-quality documentation, including presentations, proposals, pitch decks, whitepapers, eBooks/magazines and other business documents. Must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and understand project requirements
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Develop designs for company portfolio deck, pitch decks for clients, various proposals, quotations, and other business documents
  • Work with copywriters and creative heads to produce the final design
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements

·        Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines in all documentation
  • Conduct research and gather data to support proposals and presentations
  • Manage document review and approval processes, incorporating feedback as needed
  • Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control and document organization

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven graphic and other designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of Design or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Takes ownership and responsibility of the work assigned
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Qualification:

·        Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
