Roles & Responsibilities


·  Process Monitoring & Tracking: To keep track of daily operations and workflows to ensure that tasks are executed according to plan and meet deadline.

·  Process Improvement: To analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies/gaps and suggest or implement improvements leading to enhances efficiency, quality and reduced costs.

·  Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work as intermediaries between different departments (e.g., Production, Logistics, Sales) to ensure seamless communication and handoffs between teams.

·  Documentation: Document procedures and maintain records of any changes in the workflow, ensuring that there is a clear understanding of how each process should function.

·  Training & Support: Provide training & support to employees on new or existing processes to ensure smooth adoption and adherence.


Qualifications:


·      Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

·      1-3 years of relevant work experience

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

·      Familiarity with computer applications such as MS Office Suite/Google Work Space.
